Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, the order must be less than 30 days from delivery, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
Certain items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable music or video
There are certain situations where an order is eligible for a partial refund. Partial refunds will be granted at Rose City Works' sole discretion:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds are issued in US dollars. The exchange rate at the time of the refund may be different than when the order was originally placed; Rose City Works is not responsible for any difference between the original purchase amount and the refund amount. Shipping will be refunded only in cases where we have made an error.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support+enriqueiglesias@onelive.com.
